‘’Discipline can’t go without motivation first’’

That’s what people with low self-esteem say all the time. They hear that word and imagine Kobe Bryant staying in the gym when everyone leaves and studying the game for hours on end.

People like that think that to be discipline, you have to be in a certain frame of mind to achieve your goals, and they can't be more than wrong.

What my advice on discipline is that:

Having the regret of not reaching your goals has to outweigh the process of going through the journey. Most successful people want to go through the pain of confusion and i believe this is why:

Your mind is already wired to do the bad habits you're doing already. By taking the time to self-reflect on the habits you're doing now, you've allowed yourself to learn more about yourself than others.

Here are some of the bad habits teenagers in 2025 do:

  • Scrolling on social media 10+ hours

  • Watching porn

  • Vaping taking drugs

  • Negative social circles

And the list goes on, but the good thing here is: You could change that and here's how…

Discipline is a system not a mindset

The most successful people you could think of like a Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, or Bill Gates. They all have one thing in common:

They have the same pair of clothes in their closet everyday infinite amounts of it.

Think about it, you don't see billionaires walking around with designer clothes on, they don't care about that, they wake up and put on the same clothes that were laid out the night prior.

My point is that discipline is not what you think, it’s an automatic system that allows the Elon musks of the world to wake up and eliminate the mental energy to pick out their clothes for the day, therefore it allows them to make millions of dollars effortlessly, their mental energy goes to their obsessed goal to win.

Your goal is just within arm’s reach here's how to get it...

Have you ever heard of the saying ‘’out of sight out of mind’’?

Well, it was originated in the ancient times going back to the 13th century, if you don't know the saying it entails that if something isn't visible or present its hard for your brain to remember it

I personally agree with this statement, clarity can only happen when you eliminate the distractions that are causing you not to achieve your goals, by identifying what the distractions are is the first step towards achieving the best version of yourself.

This is how I did it I turned:

  • Scrolling on social media ⇀ reading 3 pages a day

  • Porn ⇀ spending hours on work

  •  Eating junk food ⇀ going to the gym daily

But i quickly realized this take time, i had to:

  • Go through a process that replaced my old habits into new ones.

  • Then I automated the process of making it easier to wake up and get to work faster than ever.

  •  I had to then convince myself that I liked the uncomfortable part of the process that reshaped my perspective of pain.

  • I learned about different effective ways I could achieve my goals through youtube videos and books and incorporate them into my new life.

This reshaped my life dramatically.

THE TAKEAWAY IS

Your success is within arm’s reach; you have the tools you need to decide that today is the day that I can change my life forever by making that decision you said to the universe that you are in control of your life.

Take notice of what distractions you have, take account of your goals that you want to achieve and implement the lifestyle to get to that goal by any means.

What are you waiting for? GO!!
